Ingredients

3 cassaves
1 spoon salt
1 spoon rosemary
(for meatloaf 500 grams of minced meat)
1 spoon coconutoil

Method of preparation

Peel the large cassavas
Cut them into small pieces
Mix the cassavas into a nice blend
Add salt and rosemary to the cassava in the food processor
If you want to make meatloaf, add ground beef to the cassava mixture and blend
Take an oven dish
Grease the baking dish with coconut oil
Press the cassava mix into the baking dish
(for meatloaf, press the cassava/meat mix into the baking dish)
Place the oven dish with the cassava or meat blend in the oven
Let it bake for 30/45 minutes
Remove the dish from the oven
If you have made minced meat, drain off the excess fat
Your amazing cassava or meatloaf is ready!
